Ever since my parents have given me my frst camera (an Agfa Agfamatic Pocket), I have been in love with photograophy. I took pictures, developed film and enlarged prints starting mid seventies. At the turn of the centrury I went digital and did mostly architecture and landscape shots. See, e.g., my Rome or Chichén Itzá images.

End of 2020 I was fortunate to have access to a studio lightening equipment and have developed interest in people photography. Since then, I have taken portrait picture of family and friends, indoors as well as outdoors... and re-discovered my love for black and white.

In October 2023, I was taking pictures at the 2023 Swiss Fencing Championship and one of my pictures got featured by Max Heinzer. the 2023 Swiss Fencing Champion, as well as the Swiss Fencing, the national fencing association and Freier Schweizer, the local newspaper.

I typically do TfP (it used to be the acronym for "Time for Print" but should rather be called "TfD - Time for Digital Images" these days), i.e., you get the pictures in digital format in return for your time and I will be allowed to use them for my portfolio.
